An independent private-sale record

We’re building evidence from Michigan’s private timber market, including southern Michigan, different species mixes and selling arrangements outside the state-forest price reports. Regional results show their sale counts and pricing basis; reported whole-sale totals stay separate from species prices.

Publication requires a separate agreement for each sale and can include a one-sale result. Names and precise locations are not published, but anonymity cannot be guaranteed. Earlier submissions remain excluded unless their contributor opts in.
